Quotes
A quote lists the products, quantities, delivery and any installation we can arrange, priced in Canadian dollars with sales tax shown separately. Unless it says otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days. Nothing is ordered until you accept a quote in writing.
Specs and crash ratings
Specs and ratings on this site are summaries of manufacturers’ published documents, linked where they appear, and are for planning. The documents for the exact products in your quote are the reference. A crash rating only applies to the tested product installed on its tested foundation; site engineering, permits and locates are the buyer’s responsibility unless the quote says we include them.
Delivery
Delivery dates in a quote are the distributor’s estimate. Someone needs to receive the delivery at site; heavy items may need equipment to unload, which the quote notes.
Installation
Where a quote includes installation, the installer’s scope (core drilling, footings, concrete, disposal) is listed in it. Anything outside that scope, such as buried services found on site, is quoted separately before work continues.
Returns
Stock items can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery, subject to the distributor’s restocking fee, which the quote states. Custom-made, cut, painted or crash-rated items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or different from what was quoted; tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
