For property managers

You manage the plaza, the condo lot or the office park, and the bollard question usually arrives after something gets hit. Here’s how to get one quote for everything on the property.

By the Safety Bollards team · Updated 2026-10-26 · Every spec below links to the manufacturer’s own page.

How we help

  • One site plan, one quote. Add every run (the storefront line, the meter, the stalls, the drive lane) in the site-plan builder and get one itemised quote in CAD.
  • Specs you can forward. Every product page cites the manufacturer’s own spec sheet, so a board, a tenant or an insurer can check it.
  • Supply or install. Ask for installation and we tell you in the quote what we can arrange for your area.

Common jobs

  • Storefront protection after a curb-jump (storefronts).
  • Replacing faded, rusty bollards with covers.
  • Wheel stops and speed bumps for a lot (parking lots).
  • Removable bollards on a fire route or a lane that opens for deliveries.
